RESOLUTION NO. — <br /> RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH BURNS & MCDONNELL ENGINEERING COMPANY,INC. TO <br /> PROVIDE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE BROADWAY AND <br /> JASPER STREET SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2022-01 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement for Burns and <br /> McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made <br /> a part hereof, between the City of Decatur and Burns and McDonnell Engineering Company, <br /> Inc., and the same is hereby received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
