RESOLUTION NO _ <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH INTERA INC. FOR <br /> DEWITT COUNTY WELLFIELD IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2022-05 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement for DeWitt County <br /> Wellfield Improvements,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, <br /> between the City of Decatur and INTERA Inc., and the same is hereby received,placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2.
