Anderson Plaza <br /> Decatur, Illinois 62523-1196 <br /> Dear Mayor Moore Wolfe: <br /> In accordance with your request and in reliance upon the conditions noted in <br /> your Resolution adopted August 1, 2022 the Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation grants the City of Decatur permission, subject to the aforesaid <br /> conditions, to close temporarily a portion of one westbound lane of U.S. Route <br /> 36 from Country Club Road to Nelson Boulevard from approximately 7:00 a.m. <br /> to 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 2, 2022 for the purpose of holding the annual <br /> Shoreline Classic. <br /> The detour of U.S. Route 36 shall be as stated in the Resolution. Please refer <br /> to the attached drawing. The Illinois Department of Transportation will not <br /> furnish any signs. City of Decatur will be required to furnish, erect, maintain <br /> and remove the signs and barricades as shown on the attached drawings. <br /> Your cooperation in minimizing delays to the motorists will be appreciated. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Jeffrey P.
