RESOLUTION NO. R2022- 13 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> MODIFICATIONS TO THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT <br /> REGARDING PAY,BENEFITS,AND WORK CONDITIONS BETWEEN THE <br /> DECATUR POLICE BENEVOLENT AND PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION LABOR <br /> COMMITTEE AND THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the modifications to the Collective Bargaining Agreement presented to <br /> the City Council herewith between the City of Decatur, Illinois and the Decatur Police <br /> Benevolent and Protective Association Labor Committee for pay, benefits and working <br /> conditions effective January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2024 be, and it is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
