<br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Execution of Agreements for Demolition of vacant
<br /> building with Parkland Environmental for 1927 N Union.
<br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution
<br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings.
<br /> BACKGROUND: The building at 1927 N Union was put out to bid, along with twenty other
<br /> properties. This property crossed the threshold for council approval. The other twenty
<br /> properties are: 1440 N Church, $23,500, Parkland Environmental; 1135 E Whitmer, $11,500.00,
<br /> Hutchins Excavating; 441 S Maffit, $15,700, Parkland Environmental; 837E Johns, $17,629,
<br /> JRH Services; 1636 E Hickory, $14,377, Steve's Trucking; 1467 N Charles, $8,500,Hutchins
<br /> Excavating; 920 E Garfield, $13,200, Hutchins Excavating; 1428 E Hickory, $13,400, JRH
