Illinois Power Agency/Illinois Solar For All:All projects in Illinois Solar For All will be compliant <br /> with the program requirements including the ownership of environmental benefits and <br /> applicable mandatory terms and conditions in the consumer disclosure such as the option to <br /> cancel, late fees,etc. (Exhibit 8) <br /> 11.
