The contractor is being provided the structural design of the segmental <br /> ' block retaining wall. Install approximately 360 feet of chain-link fence. Work includes <br /> erosion control, traffic control, final grading and seeding, site restoration, filter fabric, <br /> river rock,pipe underdrain, and all applicable work. <br /> ' INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: <br /> ' 1.
