Exhibit A <br /> LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED <br /> PROTECTION PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br /> In consideration of the foregoing recitals, the mutual covenants and agreements <br /> hereinafter set forth, and for good and valuable consideration, the receipt, sufficiency and <br /> adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, this Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by <br /> and between Dale &Dyann R. AWperle & Ryan& Rachel Aupperle ("Owner") and the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, an Illinois municipal corporation ("City"). The parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Owner agrees to participate in City's Lake Decatur Watershed Protection ("Program") <br /> for soil erosion control, nutrient management and water quality improvements for property they <br /> own located in Macon County, Illinois more particularly described as <br /> The east one half of the northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 17 North, Range 3 <br /> East of the Third Principal Meridian; and that part of said east one half of the southeast <br /> quarter of Section 13, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian <br /> lying north of the public highway; EXCEPT beginning at the east quarter corner of <br /> Section 13, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian, thence <br /> south 00 degrees, 00 minutes, 00 second east, 106.20 feet along east line of said Section <br /> 13; thence south 89 degrees, 17 minutes, 29 seconds west, 182.84 feet along the northerly <br /> Right Of Way of County Highway 23; thence 124.32 feet (Chord) along a curve to the left <br /> with a radius of 332.9 feet; thence south 89 degrees, 17 minutes, 29 seconds west, 97.56 <br /> feet; thence 185.32 feet (Chord) along a drive to the right with a radius of 3 789.8feet; <br /> thence north 05 degrees, 44 minutes, 41 seconds east, 2=15.07 feet; thence south 86 <br /> degrees, 41 minutes, 28 seconds east, 564.00.feet to a point on the east line of said <br /> Section 13; thence south 00 degrees, I1 minutes, 43 seconds east, 126.21 feet to the point <br /> of beginning.
