AECOM Insurance Clarification Document <br /> Re: City of Decatur Professional Engineering Services Agreement for Basin 5 & 6 Sewer Separation <br /> Final Design—Oakland and Grand Area City Project 2021-01 ("Agreement") <br /> AECOM Technical Services, Inc. ("AECOM") is a global design, engineering, planning and related <br /> professional services company that executes thousands of projects annually. AECOM maintains <br /> significant insurance coverage/limits in place that are consistent with insurance programs of our peer <br /> group, and liquid cash assets that are adequate to handle any issues which may arise out of such <br /> contracts. <br /> With respect to Section IV.D.7.e in the above-noted Agreement, we provide the following clarifications: <br /> • AECOM's insurance programs have deductibles/self-insured retentions that are appropriate for a <br /> company of our size and financial strength and are common among our peer group. As such, we <br /> confirm that we will be solely responsible for all of our deductibles or self-insured retentions. For <br /> additional information please refer to our corporate financial statements that are publicly available on <br /> www.aecom.com and which demonstrate our financial strength and ability to satisfy our <br /> deductibles/self-insured retentions. <br /> 8 of 8 <br />
