MEMORANDUM OF WATERSHED PROTECTION AGREEMENT <br /> THIS MEMORANDUM WITNESSETH that Leslie William Good & Bridget Lynne Good, <br /> OWNER,and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, an Illinois municipal corporation,CITY,have <br /> entered into an Lake Decatur Watershed Protection Agreement for the protection of Lake Decatur <br /> watershed,soil erosion control,nutrient management and water quality improvement affecting the <br /> following described premises situated in Macon County, Illinois,to-wit: <br /> Lots One(1) & Two(2)of Penns First Addition, as per flat recorded in Book 1832, <br /> page 558 in the Recce dens of the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, together with an <br /> Easement for ingress and egress over the West 30 feet of Lot One(1)ofsaid Addition, as shown <br /> on the Plat of said Addition. Situated in Macon County,Illinois. <br /> Situated in Macon County, Illinois. ("Property"), <br /> Said Agreement is for a term beginning on date of completion of Projects which is day of <br /> 20 and terminating twenty-five years from said date for all retention structures <br /> and ten years from said date for all other land adjustments, conservation projects and cropping or <br /> management projects and has been signed by the Parties.
