R a 1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 1944 N 28th 977 N College 452 W Main <br /> 2160 W Saint Louis Bridge 1302 W Sunset 1746 E William <br /> 625 W Olive 1425 N Wilson 176 S Hilton <br /> 253 E Stuart 1080 W Olive 415 E Peoria <br /> 790 E Whitmer 1758 E Locust 1242 N Monroe <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find <br /> that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above, are <br /> dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that <br /> said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> I <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
