Wood, 1378 N. Monroe, 1531 N. <br /> Clinton, 1517 N. Church, and building with Clancy Coleman Excavating at 1542 <br /> N. Church. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution <br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 865 W. Wood, 1378 N. Monroe, 1531 N. Clinton, 1517 N. <br /> Church, and 1542 N. Church were put out to bid, along with eight other properties. These <br /> properties crossed the threshold for council approval. The other eight properties are: 716 S. <br /> Maffit, Steve's Trucking, $14,920.00; 1659 E. Lawrence, Hutchins Excavating, $9,070.00; 1617 <br /> E. Lawrence, Steve's Trucking, $17,533.00; 522 E. Decatur, Steve's Trucking, $11,100.00; 626 <br /> S. Willow, Steve's Trucking, $9,575.00; 842 W.North, Steve's Trucking, $19,100.00; 1130 W. <br /> Forest, $19,752.00; and 1121 E.
