Conduct targeted landowner and partner outreach and engagement. <br /> Design and oversee construction of Best Management Practices(BMPs)that have been identified for the watershed. <br /> • Implement an online Watershed Management System. A custom watershed management system will be configured for the <br /> Lake Decatur watershed using a Spatial Watershed Assessment and Management Model(SWAMM),a customized web-based <br /> software that enables users to explore maps and spatial data from completed subwatershed plans,analyze nutrient and <br /> sediment loading,perform cost-benefit analysis,and evaluate and track BMPs and scenarios to reduce nutrient and sediment <br /> delivery to lakes.The system's interface allows for the use of watershed GIS data and watershed pollutant load model <br /> without the need for ESRI ArcMap software or knowledge of GIS. <br /> • To the extent that tasks in this category can be moved to in-house staff,they will be,resulting in a reduction in fees covered <br /> by this agreement. <br /> Subwatershed Planning— ® ( , , <br /> • Complete Friends Creek Watershed Nine Element Plan Update.
