Macon St.,SW wine <br /> This bid is for the demolition at the above said location.The roof and sidewalls will be <br /> demolished.We will carefully separate the building from 2 brick walls,to ensure they are sustained for <br /> use. Concrete foundation will remain for future construction.The owner is responsible for a necessary <br /> asbestos survey and potential removal of all asbestos containing material prior to Steve's Trucking, Inc. <br /> beginning demolition. <br /> This bid includes the plugging of sanitary sewer,demolition permit,and a 10-day EPA <br /> notification filing.The owner is responsible for terminating gas and electric services.This process has <br /> been known to take 3-4 weeks.The owner can terminate gas and electric services by calling Ameren at <br /> 1-888-659-4540.We can begin working as soon as all utilities are terminated,and proper permits are <br /> obtained for the above said location. <br /> BID: $75,920.00 <br /> We propose to furnish materials and labor to complete all work in accordance with this specified <br /> sum of seventy-five thousand nine hundred twenty and 00/100 dollars. <br /> Payment must be made upon completion of this said bid project. If not, a lien will be filed <br /> against the property within 14 days and owner will be responsible for all legal fees. All material is <br /> guaranteed to be specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workman like manner according to <br /> specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alterations or deviations from the above specifications <br /> involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the <br /> estimate. All agreements contingent upon strike, accidents, or delays beyond our control.
