RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE SANITARY DISTRICT OF DECATUR AND THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR REGARDING THE RELOCATION OF A SANITARY SEWER FOR THE <br /> BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD AND FARIES PARKWAY GRADE SEPARATION <br /> PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement for the sharing of certain costs related <br /> to the relocation of a sanitary sewer for the Brush College and Faries Parkway Grade Separation <br /> Project between the Sanitary District of Decatur and the City of Decatur, presented to the <br /> Council,as Exhibit A, herewith be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
