We are able to extend our expertise based on <br /> over 40 years of nationwide experience in the asbestos abatement, lead mitigation,mold <br /> remediation,and specialty insulation industries. We offer the following proposal for your <br /> review and acceptance. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> We will remove and dispose of the following asbestos containing materials utilizing full <br /> containment methods: <br /> • As per the asbestos inspection report done by Ideal Environmental, 166 windows, <br /> 2800 SF of ACM flat roofing,4000 SF of drywall/joint compound, 1500 LF of <br /> pipe insulation and fittings,9000 SF of floor file and associated mastic,240 SF of <br /> transite chalkboards and associated mastic, 35000 SF of ACM plaster, 600 SF of <br /> base cove mastic,2100 SF of ceiling panels and 1 sink with undercoating <br /> • This price also includes the removal of all ACM boiler insulation and pipe <br /> insulation within the separate boiler house building <br /> • Before removal can start in the boiler house, M&O will need to pump all of the <br /> standing water out first <br /> • M&O can start on this project 10 days after notice to proceed or anytime after <br /> June of 2023 <br /> PRICE <br /> Our Price for the Sum of: $375,000.00 <br /> CLARIFICATIONS <br /> 1. A 10-day IDPA notice is required for this project. (M&O Environmental to <br /> provide) <br /> 2. OSHA personal air monitoring is included in our price. <br /> 3. Clearance air sampling by others.
