TEMPORARY EVENTS. The licensing and application requirements of this Chapter do not <br /> apply to a mobile food unit,temporary vendor stand, or food and beverage cart operating at a <br /> festival, farmer's market, or other event of four(4) days duration or less permitted by the City <br />
