Mr. Lewis is the current owner of parcels 12-17-04-232-001, 12-17-04-232-002, 12-17-04-232-
003, 12-17-04-232-004& 12-17-04-232-005 totaling 3.8 acres in Macon County along IL-121 and is proposing their
development into a multi enterprise store front commercial building and requesting an extension of the Decatur-Macon County
Enterprise to accommodate this project. Mr. Lewis is estimating a construction capital expenditure of more than three million
dollars towards the development of this project which will result in the full-time employment of approximately seventeen skilled
trades persons during the construction phase of this project according to BEA RIMS II Multipliers(2012/2020).Additionally,it
is projected that this project will potentially enable the employment of up to 50 full-time retail and service industry individuals
indefinitely.
