Unfit for <br /> human habitation due to no water service, missing paint around house,windows and doors boarded up, <br /> back porch is falling in on itself. <br /> Decatur, 960 W. This property was posted as Unfit for Human Habitation in February 2023. Large holes <br /> in roof have caused damage to attic and interior ceilings in several rooms; house not properly sitting on <br /> foundation; peeling/chipping paint around entire exterior and damaged walls,soffits,fascia's; plumbing <br /> issues highly suspected and would need thorough evaluation if water turned on. <br /> Edward. 1026 N.This property was posted as Unfit for Human Habitation in July 2021. This structure <br /> has significant structural and roof deficiencies. Gas,electric,and water services have been terminated. <br /> MLK, 1536 N. This property was posted as Unfit for Human Habitation in February 2023.
