RESOLUTION NO. ,X13 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE & ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY(GRANT#23-203059) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the Grant Agreement presented herewith to the City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and the State of Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file, and approved.
