HOLD HARMLESS And INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> Decatur Area Arts Council, hereafter referred to as the "sponsoring agency", for itself, and its <br /> successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers, <br /> agents, and employees harmless against any and all loss, damage, or expense that it or they may <br /> sustain as a result of any suits, actions,or claims of any character brought on account of property <br /> damage, injury to,or death of any person or persons,which may arise in connection with the use <br /> of City of Decatur property,Central Park,for the Decatur Craft Beer festival event on the following <br /> date and time: <br /> Saturday,May 13,2023 10:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m. <br /> by the sponsoring agency, its officers,agents, employees,and registrants. <br /> Furthermore,the sponsoring agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third party <br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence, <br /> and$2,000,000 aggregate, for property damage,and personal and bodily injury,including death. <br /> If permission is granted for this event,evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an amount <br /> not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be provided.
