<br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Execution of Agreements for Demolition of vacant
<br /> buildings with Steve's Trucking at 1004 W. Wood, and 445 W. King.
<br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution
<br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings.
<br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings at 1004 W. Wood and 445 W. King were put out to bid, along
<br /> with nineteen(19) other properties. These properties crossed the threshold for council approval.
<br /> The other nineteen(19)properties are: 410 E. Center, Hutchins Excavating, $8,500.00; 1439 N.
<br /> Church, Hutchins Excavating, $16,500.00; 503 Gault, Steve's Trucking, $6,000.00; 1636 E.
<br /> Grand, Steve's Trucking, $9,264.00; 976 W. Grand, S. Shafer Excavating, $15,900.00; 1177 W.
<br /> Green, Steve's Trucking, $8,772.00; 1248 W. Green, Hutchins Excavating, $8,750.00; 1629 N.
<br /> Gulick, Hutchins Excavating, $9,500.00; 1512 N. James, Steve's Trucking, $6,975.00; 1710 E.
<br /> Johns, Steve's Trucking, $9,115.00; 1041 W. King, Steve's Trucking, $10,319.00; 637 W.
<br /> Marietta, Steve's Trucking, $7,850.00; 1037 W. Leafland, Hutchins Excavating, $8,000.00; 250
