RESOLUTION NO. ' '- —5 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH ARCHITECTURAL <br /> EXPRESSIONS, LLP, FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2023-07 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement for Municipal Services Center Improvements, presented <br /> to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, between the City of Decatur and <br /> Architectural Expressions, LLP, and the same is hereby received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
