This project <br /> will consist of the following design services: <br /> • Provide design services for a Corridor Addition on the west side of the facility as recommended in the <br /> Facilities Integration Study completed in 2017. <br /> • Provide design services for reroofing the office and maintenance building as recommended in the Facilities <br /> Integration Study completed in 2017. <br /> These services will be provided under a full-service agreement that will include the development of construction <br /> documents,bidding assistance,construction administration and project closeout services <br /> Following is a detailed list of professional services that are to be provide under this agreement: <br /> • Design Services,including: <br /> o Building Code Analysis <br /> o Architectural Design(and associated interiors) <br /> o Mechanical Design <br /> o Illinois Energy Compliance COMCheck <br /> • Construction Documents,including Specifications <br /> • Bidding Assistance <br /> • Local Agency Review and Permitting Assistance <br /> • Construction phase services,including <br /> o Progress meetings/site visits <br /> o Contractor payment app review <br /> o Shop drawing review/supplemental documentation <br /> Init.
