RESOLUTION NO. --(P o <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH ARCHITECTURAL <br /> EXPRESSIONS,LLP,FOR DECATUR CIVIC CENTER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement for Decatur Civic Center Improvements,presented to the <br /> Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, between the City of Decatur and <br /> Architectural Expressions, LLP, and the same is hereby received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Architectural <br /> Expressions, LLP, for a fee not to exceed $55,000. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2023. <br /> Julie Moore Wolfe, May <br /> Attest: <br /> Kim Althoff, City Clerk <br />
