RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID PRICE OF S&R MARINE AND EQUIPMENT <br /> FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)2023 SEAARK VFX 2072 DELUXE PATROL <br /> BOAT,TRAILER,AND ACCESSORIES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bids received for one (1) 2023 SeaArk VFX 2072 <br /> deluxe patrol boat, trailer, and accessories presented herewith as Exhibit A and made a part <br /> hereof be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of S&R Marine and Equipment, in the amount of$50,900.00, be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
