RESOLUTION NO. 4, '_ <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF CITY FUNDS FOR THE <br /> PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL VIDEO VEHICLE DETECTION SYSTEMS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Traffic Signal Corporation quote received for two Autoscope video <br /> vehicle detection systems, presented herewith as Exhibit A be, and it is hereby, received, and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the cost of Traffic Signal Corporation, in the amount of$49,978.00, be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Traffic Signal Corporation, <br /> for their price of$49,978.00. <br /> Section 4.
