M. Residential Service: Water services from the water system to a single-family residence or a two-family residence. N. State Act: The Illinois Anti-Pollution Bond Act and for making such loans as filed with the Illinois Secretary of State. O. Utility Bill: The amounts charged by the City for the use of water, Sanitary District, sewer user fee, storm water utility, recycling, water meter damage fees, reconnection fees and other associated and related fees as set forth in the City Code. P. Water Fund: The principal accounting designation of all revenues received in the operation of the water system. Q. Water Service: The pipeline providing water from the water system of the City to customer premises. R. Water Service Line: The necessary tap, pipe, stop boxes, test plugs, stop cocks, hydrants, bypasses, meters, fixtures and appurtenances between the City water main and the discharge side of the water meter. Unmetered service lines for fire protection purposes shall be considered water service lines for the entire length thereof. S. Public Water System: The water amin pipes, pumps valves, hydrants and necessary components that deliver potable water to the public. (Amended, Ordinance No. 2001- 17, March 19, 2001) 2. WATER FURNISHED. Water service shall be furnished by the City only in compliance with, and subject to , the provisions of this Chapter and other applicable provisions and ordinances of the City and rules, regulations, and directives authorized thereby, and then only upon application for the same made and approved by the City upon forms furnished by the City.
