M. Residential Service: Water services from the water system to a single-family <br /> residence or a two-family residence. <br /> N. State Act: The Illinois Anti-Pollution Bond Act and for making such loans as <br /> filed with the Illinois Secretary of State. <br /> O. Utility Bill: The amounts charged by the City for the use of water, Sanitary <br /> District, sewer user fee, storm water utility, recycling, water meter damage fees, reconnection <br /> fees and other associated and related fees as set forth in the City Code. <br /> P. Water Fund: The principal accounting designation of all revenues received in the <br /> operation of the water system. <br /> Q. Water Service: The pipeline providing water from the water system of the City to <br /> customer premises. <br /> R. Water Service Line: The necessary tap, pipe, stop boxes, test plugs, stop cocks, <br /> hydrants, bypasses, meters, fixtures and appurtenances between the City water main and the <br /> discharge side of the water meter. Unmetered service lines for fire protection purposes shall be <br /> considered water service lines for the entire length thereof. <br /> S. Public Water System: The water amin pipes, pumps valves, hydrants and <br /> necessary components that deliver potable water to the public. Water service shall be furnished by the City only in <br /> compliance with, and subject to , the provisions of this Chapter and other applicable provisions <br /> and ordinances of the City and rules, regulations, and directives authorized thereby, and then <br /> only upon application for the same made and approved by the City upon forms furnished by the <br /> City.
