Trimby requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: Tract 1: The North 22 feet of the East Half(E%2) of the Southeast Quarter(SE!/4)of the Northwest Quarter(NW%4) in Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Sixteen(16) North, Range Two (2) East of the Third Principal Meridian. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. Tract 2: The South 414 feet of the North 436 feet of the East Half(E%Z) of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW%4) in Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the Third Principal Meridian; EXCEPT the East 220 feet of the North 99 feet thereof and also EXCEPT the East 220 feet of the South 99 feet thereof. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. Vacant Land south of 2225 South Taylor Road. PIN# 17-12-28-176-004 WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality, and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required.
