RESOLUTION NO.��� �0 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUB-RECIPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS AND DOVE, INC. FOR SUPPORTIVE SERVICES OF 805 E. <br /> JOHNS UTILIZING HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP AMERICAN RESCUE <br /> PLAN (HOME-ARP) FUNDS <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to Council herewith, between CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS and DOVE, Inc. be and the same is hereby, receive, placed on file, and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That DOVE receives an amount of$250,000 for supportive services, i.e., case <br /> management,transportation, program implementation and indirect costs. <br /> Section 3. That the City Manager, Director/Asst. Director of Economic and Community <br /> Development and is hereby, authorized and directed to affect payment for supportive services for <br /> 805 E.
