RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH STRAND ASSOCIATES,INC. <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE NORTHEAST <br /> QUADRANT WATER SYSTEM MODELING STUDY <br /> CITY PROJECT 2023-04 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement approving the professional engineering services for the <br /> Northeast Quadrant Water System Modeling Study, City Project 2023-04, presented to the <br /> Council herewith as Exhibit I and made a part hereof,between the City of Decatur and Strand <br /> Associates, Inc. be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
