RESOLUTION NO._ =j q <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN RICHLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE <br /> AND THE CITY OF DECATUR REGARDING STUDENT USE <br /> AND TRANSIT FARES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented herewith to the City <br /> Council, between the City of Decatur and Richland Community College,be and the same is <br /> hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> SECTION 2.
