RESOLUTION NO. Q�t <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH S. <br /> SHAFER EXCAVATING FOR THE DEMOLITION OF 1202 E. ELDORADO <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for the demolition of the vacant building at <br /> 1202 E. Eldorado, Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A, be <br /> received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of S. Shafer Excavating in the amount of$149,000.00 for 1202 E. <br /> Eldorado be hereby accepted, and a purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and S.
