Eldorado. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution <br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The building at 1202 E. Eldorado was put out to bid, along with twelve (12) <br /> other properties. This property crossed the threshold for council approval. The other twelve (12) <br /> properties are: 2053 N. Charles, Hutchins Excavating, $8,500.00; 1175 E. Condit, Steve's <br /> Trucking, $10,409.00; 1025 N. Dunham, Steve's Trucking, $14,168.00; 2461 E. Eldorado, JRH <br /> Services, $6,125.00; 1379 W. Forest, JRH Services, $9,184.00; 2626 E. Garfield, Steve's <br /> Trucking, $13,363.00; 1524 W. Grand, Hutchins Excavating, $6,500.00; 4315 Lakewood Ave., <br /> Steve's Trucking, $7,985.00; 1564 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., JRH Services, $9,035.00; 2349 <br /> E. Prairie, JRH Services, $6,200.00; 1132 N. University, $8,500.00; and 1752 E.
