RESOLUTION NO. Ak —�:5 <br /> RESOLUTION RECINDING RESOLUTION NO. R2022-19 ACCEPTING THE QUOTE <br /> OF MIDWEST PUBLIC SAFETY LLC FOR THE PURCHASE OF BID PRICE FOR SIX <br /> GETAC B630 COMPUTERS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That on February 7, 2022, City Council passed Resolution R2022-19 <br /> authorizing the purchase of six Getac B630 computers and associated equipment for use in police <br /> vehicles. <br /> Section 2. That due to unforeseen and unavoidable delays, the purchase was never made <br /> and the GETAC B630 computers are no longer needed for use in the police vehicles. <br /> Section 3.
