William. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends City Council approve the attached Resolution and accept the quote <br /> from Christy- Foltz for interior painting at the Transit Center located at 353 E. William. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> The Department of Transportation Services has funding to make facility repairs and <br /> updates including painting at 353 E. William St. The facility was built in 2002 and since <br /> then it has had minimal renovations. With the necessary maintenance repairs that have <br /> occurred including replacing the HVAC and addition of ADA doors this past year, the <br /> facility needs the interior repainted. <br /> The City received 3 quotes for this project. Staff recommends Christy-Foltz be awarded <br /> the project as the lowest responsible bidder.
