R 2L'Y - t`L <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CLIFTONLARSONALLEN,LLP FOR AUDITING <br /> SERVICES AND NON-AUDIT ADVISORY SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Service Audit Engagement Agreement <br /> presented herewith to the City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and <br /> CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
