Termination of MSA <br /> This MSA shall continue for five years from April 24,2023,unless terminated earlier by giving <br /> appropriate notice.Either party may terminate this MSA at any time by giving 30 days written notice <br /> to the other party. <br /> Upon termination of the MSA,the provisions of this MSA shall continue to apply to all services <br /> rendered prior to termination. <br /> 17.
