f <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 0+, ` 9 9 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENT#2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AECOM FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE <br /> BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD GRADE SEPARATION OVER FARIES PARKWAY AND <br /> THE NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILROAD <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-33 <br /> SECTION 09-00933-01-BR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Supplement 42 to the Professional Services Agreement between AECOM <br /> and the City of Decatur, Illinois, for Design Services for the Improvement of Brush College Road <br /> over Faries Parkway and the Norfolk Southern Railroad Tracks, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, be <br /> authorized in the amount not to exceed$580,022.00. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,authorized and directed <br /> to execute said Supplement #2 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, and AECOM. <br /> Section 4. That the changes in the above-described agreements are germane to said <br /> agreement, as signed, and the change order is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 5.
