Exhibit A- Supplement 2 <br /> o Updates to plans accommodate changes for the following items: <br /> ■ Update existing utility information from field locates,AT&T potholing data, and <br /> Ameren high pressure gas line potholing <br /> ■ Update existing utility information to reflect recent construction by ADM (relocated <br /> fiber optic line)and Ameren(gas transmission line relocation near James/Logan)on <br /> plans and cross sections <br /> ■ Review and updates to water main,storm sewer and sanitary sewer design location <br /> resulting from HP gas line locate along Brush College near Harrison and along <br /> Faries Parkway <br /> ■ Design revisions to accommodate proposed pole locations prepared by Ameren <br /> ■ Address comments provided by railroads after 100% PS&E prepared for January <br /> 2021 submittal <br /> ■ ADM Renovation Site parking lot redesign <br /> ■ Addition of temporary fence around select remaining properties for security <br /> purposes during construction after existing fences have been removed <br /> ■ ADM Spiral Plant sidewalk design revision to address ADM needs and fit within the <br /> PR ROW limits <br /> ■ Responding to SDD comments on the integrity of their existing sewer crossing <br /> Faries Parkway, adjustments were made to the grading on top of and around the <br /> culvert extension and an additional easement was added to accommodate the <br /> regrading of the slope and ditch <br /> ■ Plan updates to address IDOT comments from 90%plans,submitted in November <br /> 2020, which were provided after 100%were completed and required additional <br /> rework as they were not provided prior to the development of the January 2021 <br /> PS&E set. <br /> ■ Adjustment to radius return,ADA ramp,drainage, and grading at Brush College <br /> Road and W Harrison(east leg)to avoid need for PR ROW,which could not be <br /> obtained via condemnation or quick take <br /> ■ Updates to the design of the railroad signal locations on Faries and associated <br /> sidewalks and ADA ramp locations as well as drainage design per ICRR comments <br /> received after 100%PS&E was prepared <br /> ■ Inclusion of information on the Temporary Soil Retention Systems(TSRS) for the <br /> installation of proposed utilities beneath and adjacent to the existing railroad tracks, <br /> when the system will be designed by the contractor to receive the final permit from <br /> the railroads <br /> ■ Temporary and final grading revisions to reflect the above-listed changes <br /> o Updates to design files to account for design and grading revisions,which required updates <br /> to cross sections <br /> Specifications:The AECOM Team will update the line item specifications for the July 2021 letting <br /> using IDOT format for any IDOT pay items that have changed,which include: <br /> o Spec updates per ICRR comments and requirements in the railroad agreement provided in <br /> early 2021 <br /> o Spec revisions to reflect changes from coordination with IDOT on BLRs pay items for items <br /> specific to this contract. <br /> - Quantity Take-Offs and Opinions of Cost: The AECOM Team will update quantity take-offs to <br /> reflect changes to IDOT pay items method of measurement, plans as well as to reflect design <br /> changes as noted in this scope including updated quantities for the earthwork.
