Exhibit A- Supplement 2 <br /> - Quantity Take-Offs and Opinions of Cost:Tile AECOM Team will update quantity take-offs to <br /> reflect changes to IDOT pay items' method of measurement and prepare an updated project opinion <br /> of cost for the Final submittal for one 2023 letting. <br /> The AECOM Team will also complete quantity take-offs and incorporate the pay items and <br /> quantities into the estimate of cost for the APS and sanitary sewer relocation. <br /> - Estimate of Time: The AECOM Team will update the suggested Estimate of Time for Phase III <br /> construction activities to reflect the January 2022 letting.The estimate of time is based on the pay <br /> items,quantities,and construction daily production rates. These will be reviewed and updated for the <br /> pay items and quantity revisions identified for this submittal. <br /> - Permits: The AECOM Team will also update the Section 404 permit(expired March 2022) for <br /> submittal to USACE.No submittal is required to the IDNR because they previously indicated that <br /> they do not have jurisdiction over the subject waterway. <br /> The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan will also be updated for inclusion in the specifications. <br /> Proiect Management <br /> This task will include management of staff, schedules,deliverables, and internal coordination meetings <br /> between team members including sub consultants on the additional scope items. <br /> QA/QC Internal Technical Review(ITR) <br /> Prior to making submittals, independent technical reviews(QA reviews)will conducted on deliverables of <br /> the additional scope items. <br /> 7 Supplement 2 05/09/2023 <br />
