RESOLUTION NO. + 10 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF PAYMENT TO STEVE'S <br /> TRUCKING FOR THE EMERGENCY DEMOLITION OF VACANT BUILDING AT <br /> 712 W. PACKARD ST. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the invoice of$35,000.00 from Steve's Trucking presented herewith as <br /> Exhibit A and made a part hereof be, and it is hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Steve's Trucking in the <br /> amount of$35,000 for the Emergency Demolition of unsafe structure at 712 W.
