Goss and Judith <br /> Goss requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> THE SOUTH 99 FEET OF NORTH 121 FEET OF THE EAST 220 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST <br /> QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION TWENTY-EIGHT (28) TOWNSHIP <br /> SIXTEEN (16) NORTH, RANGE TWO (2) EAST OF THE 3RD P.M. <br /> PIN# 17-12-28-176-003 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
