RESOLUTION NO. AWW—y9 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CASH RENT FARM LEASE WITH <br /> TIGER FIBER INC. FOR OAKLEY SEDIMENT BASIN INTERIOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Cash Rent Farm Lease presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A <br /> and made part hereof, between Tiger Fiber Inc. and the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same <br /> is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
