Capitalized words and phrases used in this Agreement have the meanings stated in 2 CFR 200.1 <br /> unless otherwise stated below. <br /> "Agreement"or"Grant Agreement" has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Allowable Costs" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Award" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Budget" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Catalog of State Financial Assistance"or"CSFA" has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code 7000.30. <br /> "Close-out Report" means a report from the Grantee allowing the Grantor to determine whether all applicable <br /> administrative actions and required work have been completed, and therefore closeout actions can commence. <br /> "Conflict of Interest" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Direct Costs" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Disallowed Costs" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "DUNS Number" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Financial Assistance" has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Fixed-Rate" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code. 7000.30. "Fixed-Rate" is in contrast to fee-for-service, <br /> 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "GATU" means the Grant Accountability and Transparency Unit within the Governor's Office of Management and <br /> Budget. <br /> "Grant Funds"means the Financial Assistance made available to Grantee through this Agreement. <br /> "Grantee Portal" has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Indirect Costs"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Indirect Cost Rate" means a device for determining in a reasonable manner the proportion of indirect costs each <br /> Program should bear. It is a ratio (expressed as a percentage)of the Indirect Costs to a Direct Cost base. If <br /> reimbursement of Indirect Costs is allowable under an Award, Grantor will not reimburse those Indirect Costs unless <br /> Grantee has established an Indirect Cost Rate covering the applicable activities and period of time, unless Indirect Costs <br /> are reimbursed at a fixed rate. <br /> "Indirect Cost Rate Proposal" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Obligations" has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Period of Performance" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Prior Approval" has the same meaning as in 44 III. Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Profit" means an entity's total revenue less its operating expenses, interest paid, depreciation, and taxes. "Profit" is <br /> synonymous with the term "net revenue." <br /> "Program"means the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> "Program Costs" means all Allowable Costs incurred by Grantee and the value of the contributions made by third <br /> parties in accomplishing the objectives of the Award during the Term of this Agreement. <br /> "Related Parties" has the meaning set forth in Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB)Accounting Standards <br /> Codification (ASC) 850-10-20. <br /> "SAM" means the federal System for Award Management(SAM), the federal repository into which an entity must <br /> provide information required for the conduct of business as a recipient. <br /> "Unallowable Costs"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code 7000.30. <br /> "Unique Entity Identifier"or"UEI" has the same meaning as in 44 III.
