RESOLUTION NO. ` -j I <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PAYMENT TO THE <br /> MACON COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FOR THE RELOCATION OF <br /> WATER MAINS ON SOUTH FRANKLIN STREET (COUNTY HIGHWAY 61) <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the invoice of$28,524.66 from Macon County Highway Department <br /> presented herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof be, and it is hereby, received and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City. <br /> Section 3.
