' <br /> ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> 3018 TEMPE DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to <br /> the Council herewith and attached as Exhibit A, the petition under oath of Jason Comer and Jason <br /> Cummings requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT TWENTY-THREE (23)AND THE SOUTH FIVE (5)FEET OF LOT TWENTY-FOUR(24) OF <br /> LAKEWOOD HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 300, PAGE 318 IN THE RECORDS <br /> OF THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS. SITUATED IN MACON <br /> COUNTY, ILLINOIS. <br /> PIN# 17-12-36-204-004 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village of <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
