Protection of Vehicles and Property: Prairieland's liability for any vehicle towed and all property <br /> therein starts at the time the wrecker is hooked onto the towed vehicle Prairieland will have its <br /> employees review the Tow Slip jointly with a police officer or owner of vehicle. <br /> License Plate Removal: Prairieland will not remove license plates unless directed to do so by the <br /> police department. <br /> Owner Notification: Prairieland will notify the regist4ered owner or agent of the whereabouts of <br /> the towed vehicle, Prairieland employees will direct each person seeking return of their vehicle <br /> to the location where the vehicle is being held. Prairieland maintains a log at its office listing the <br /> date,time, and notification method. It will also maintain an electronic system for tracking towed <br /> vehicles and allow for viewing by the police department. Prairieland also agrees to cooperate in <br /> any impoundment hearing under City Code. <br /> Insurance Requirements: Upon request Prairieland will fill with the City certified copies of all <br /> insurance policies and accompanying endorsements. Upon request, Prairieland will supply <br /> certificates of insurance setting forth coverage, limits, and endorsements. <br /> Indemnification: Prairieland agrees to indemnity and defend the City and its officers,employees, <br /> agents, and assigns from and against all liabilities losses, damages, penalties etc. that may be <br /> imposed upon or incurred by or asserted against the City and that arise out of any or all work or <br /> services performed under this contract by Prairieland, its employees, agents and subcontractors. <br />
