SERVICE APPROACH <br /> We propose to provide a professional, safe, prompt, and affordable towing service 24/7 by having a <br /> properly trained staff to handle the daily business. We have all the proper business licenses and permits <br /> required by the state of Illinois. We have a state of the art dispatch system that allows the Decatur Police <br /> Department to manage impounded vehicles from their office. This dispatch program provides various reports <br /> necessary to keep accurate records. Our fleet contains all the necessary equipment to handle any situation <br /> that may arise from light to heavy duty. We also provide a secure storage lot capable of holding 250+ cars at <br /> one time that is equipped with both lights and security cameras. We have 2 separate investigation bays that <br /> are exclusively used for the Decatur Police Department. Both bays contain independent alarm systems, are <br /> lighted, as well as climate controlled. We will be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to release vehicles in <br /> a timely manner which is a requirement of this contract. <br /> Page 5of19 <br />
