<br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Execution of Agreement for Demolition of vacant
<br /> building with S. Shafer Excavating at 2034 E. William St.
<br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution
<br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings.
<br /> BACKGROUND: The building at 2034 E. William was put out to bid, along with thirteen (13)
<br /> other properties. This property crossed the threshold for council approval. The other thirteen
<br /> (13)properties are: 1314 N. Church, JRH Services, $8,525.00; 2027 E. Cleveland, JRH
<br /> Services, $8,750.00; 915 N. Edward, Hutchins Excavating, $18,500.00; 871 W. Grand, Steve's
<br /> Trucking, $17,956.00; 636 S. Haworth, Hutchins Excavating, $10,500.00; 659 S. Jackson, S.
<br /> Shafer Excavating, $16,800.00; 637 W. Leafland, Hutchins Excavating, $8,000.00; 2060 E.
<br /> Main, S. Shafer Excavating, $18,800.00; 229 E. Stuart, S. Shafer Excavating, $19,000.00; 1302
<br /> W. Sunset, Hutchins Excavating, $7,500.00; 665 S. Webster, Hutchins Excavating, $18,500.00;
<br /> 1261 E. Willard, Hutchins Excavating, $8,500.00; 2255 E. William, Hutchins Excavating,
<br /> $6,500.00.
